The fact most of the talented animators who create these beautiful sequences are underpaid and overworked depressed me :(
@oceanman69732 жыл бұрын
How do you know that?
@markopetricek46302 жыл бұрын
@@oceanman6973 Google a bit how the animators are treated in Japan. You will understand. They work crazy hard which is understandable. It is Japan after all. But they are paid peanuts, can barely pay for an apartment. I don"t even think they can by themselves. One guy died of overworking... So yeah. Not too bright a picture. Some of them are in good positions, relatively speaking, but that is not the case for most of them. Look it up a bit, and you will see. Manga artists are not in much better position. Sure few of them make it big time, but those are quite rare. And of course then there are health problems that come with those jobs.

Even with something as seemingly simple as the Bradley and Greed fight is just incredible -- Greed lands on the fireplace mantle and Bradley attempts to impale him / slash him around 25-30 times in the course of 2ish seconds. Greed then throws a plate at Bradley which misses and continues to the balcony where the viewer's perspective now is, each frame having the plate move closer and closer as Bradley and Greed fight in the background, with the plate finally making impact upon the railing and impressively shattering. It is astounding what these people accomplish because they basically have to think about and account for all of the details, from lighting, to perspective, to showing speed, strength, direction, intelligence, etc. for what could be around a 100 frames in just a few seconds.

Sakuga all be it amazing uses a lot of fast paced movements to lower down the over all time. When you watch somebody like naotashi you notice he cuts things every now and than to cut down on time although it doesn’t change the fact it’s incredibly hard to pull off.

I always loved that last Champloo moment the most out of any in the series. Not only is slicing the rain gorgeous, but Sara has Mugen absolutely dead to rights and doesn't kill. Plus it shows just how absurdly masterful she is with her weapon. She is blind, yet able to stop on a dime, just from hearing and instinct. One of my favorite characters in the whole series
