If you want a slightly cheapper house to add to a Rohan type board, the Perry Brothers did do a plastic cottage kit that works well in conjunction with the rohan buildings for adding some variety.

Thank you kindly :) Yes indeed, i might as well tell you and anyone else that reads this - here are the next 3 videos: 1) Rohan Weapon details 2) Different methods of Painting Rohan cloth 3) Alternative Colour Schemes These are coming one after another, but using the current Rohan Warriors and as soon as my order has arrived with the new box set i'll be doing individual guides for them :) So there is going to be A LOT of Rohan content in this neck of the woods

Excellent work on the house, it looks fantastic but there is one thing i think could have been done to really sell the old wood vibe, beneath the brown wash you could add a very thin wash of green over some of the planks to show moss

Excellent work on the house! I really enjoy the scenery and structure aspects of dioramas. I am going to be watching the LOTR The War of the Rohirrim, this Saturday. I am looking forward to it!

Most of my dioramas have featured a sci-fi or fantasy scene. Last year, for example, I completed a diorama based on The 7th Voyage of Sinbad, featuring the Cyclops. Therefore, I guess it's more of a genere, than a specific time period.​@@SwordsandBrushes

White Bread and a bit of Ketchup - absolutely delicious! :) Ah thank you very much, i will certainly take a peek! - That gives me an idea - whilst woking on this project I could purchase some products from brands that are not known too much (such as the Assault Group for this video) and paint them up - that way it's a voyage of discovery for me and the wonderful viewers :)

I hope GW picks up the speed on releasing new LOTR miniatures. There is still a big community around the game, but many of the miniatures are very dated and not fun to paint. If they can release 50 new Space Marines per week, I think they can make 1 or 2 new LOTR miniatures per month.
