See, Reimu has Red-white outfit. Konngara has Red-white outfit. Red-white is Hakurei's Miko clothes' colour. So, Konngara is predecessor of Hakurei testing her descendant's skill in Hell. I'm sorry, but according to a colorful puppeteer, having only two colors doesn't make you any stronger than who you're fighting, so attempting to beat Reimu by wearing the same color clothes as her is pointless.
