Hi Madan you explained deeply the SWOT analysis and how that is applicable to Vijay's decision to enter politics. What I see is one of his strengths impacting his religion. It is a major one in Tamil Nadu, RSS is still active. Being a Sri lankan I am by birth I know most hierarchy politicians in Sri Lanka were christians, but they were converted as buddhist for obtaining power to reign the country . People also like to vote for buddhist candidates.For e. g. Mahinda Rajapakse family, Ranil etc. Vijay's political experience is nil. You mentioned about former rulers in Tamil Nadu Mr.karunanidhy, Mr. MGR, Ms. Jayalalitha, their political background and experience were at a high level. Vijay is committed to two more films, is it enough two years time for propaganda and canvassing for his new party. People are voting for parties not for a person.but to some extent, to celebrities too. Digital influence is already there, even in future,the fundamental lay man at root level may not bother. Fan base power distributed among other celebrities too. Money power, also not sufficient, no man will like to spend from his pocket, unless the party's general funds. There may be opportunities in alliances with other parties. Just an opinion. Things change from time to time.
