The Great Bear is one of my favourite GWR engines; shames it wasn’t preserved. I love the design - a simple 4-6-0 slightly expanded but equally as beautiful. Love the outtakes and Monty Python credits theme.

Yes, I love the "Great Bear", shame the locomotive didn't do so well during it's working life. Seeing a GWR Pacific Type locomotive is pretty awesome though!

First seeing images of The Great Bear, I thought that she looked like an extended Star. Seeing her actually work in TrainSim was something I never even expected. It’s even larger than a King, and those things are huge. Anyway, I liked this greatly. Nice work.

Yeah... Joking aside, I was really surprised when Kris started working on it so early in the year. I suppose whilst he was doing the 2800s this seemed like a good idea.
