In Surah An-Naba verses 1 to 16, the people of Quraysh are questioned about the news they are wondering about. The message of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is true, and the denial of the polytheists will lead to consequences on the Day of Resurrection. Allah showcases His power and grace over His creation, the earth as a smooth bed, mountains as pegs, the day and night as means of livelihood, and the seven heavens firmly constructed. Allah has made the sun a burning lamp and provided abundant water for the growth of vegetation and gardens. On the Day of Separation (Day of Resurrection), the trumpet will be blown, and people will gather for judgment. The heavens will open, and the mountains will be blown away like mirage. The disbelievers will suffer in Hell, while the righteous will be rewarded with Paradise and its blessings.
In verses 17 to 20, Hell will be a watchdog over the disbelievers, and they will endure suffering in it for endless times. They will taste only very hot water and pus, and this is a just recompense for their denial of the truth. The disbelievers will realize the truth when it is too late for them to benefit from it.
From verses 21 to 30, the righteous will be rewarded with Paradise, where they will have gardens, grapevines, beautiful wives, and cups filled with drink. In Paradise, they will not hear idle talk or lies. All of these rewards are a gift and bounty from Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth. On the Day of Resurrection, the Spirit (Gabriel) and the angels will stand in rows, and they will not speak except by Allah's permission. The disbelievers will be warned of the near torment of the Day of Resurrection, and they will express regret and wish to be dust to avoid punishment.

بسورة النبأ، الآيات من 1 إلى 16، يُسأل أهل قريش عن الأخبار التي يتساءلون عنها. رسالة النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) حقيقية، وإنكار المشركين سيؤدي إلى عواقبهم في يوم القيامة. يُظهر الله قدرته وكرمه على خلقه، والأرض كسرير مستوٍ لكي تُستقر عليها، والجبال كأوتاد تثبت الأرض لكي لا تهتز. النهار والليل وسيلتا للرزق، والسموات السبع مُشيّدة بصورةٍ ثابتة. الله جعل الشمس مصباحًا مشتعلًا ونزل ماء وفيرًا لنبتة الحبوب والنباتات والجنان المُظِلّة والمتداخلة لتُسرّ النفوس.
في الآيات من 17 إلى 20، الجحيم سيكون حاضنة للكافرين، وسيعانون فيها لمدد لا تُحصى. سيذوقون فقط ماءً حارًا جدًا وقُمًا من بُعْدٍ، وهذا جزاء عادل لإنكارهم الحقيقة. سيدرك الكافرون الحقيقة عندما يكون من الأوان لاستفادتهم منها.
من الآيات 21 إلى 30، سيكون الأبرار مكرَّمين بالجنة، حيث سيمتلكون جنانًا وأعنابًا وزوجات جميلات وأكوابًا مملوءة بالشراب. في الجنة، لن يسمعوا كلامًا باطلًا أو كذبًا. كل هذه الثوابات هي هدية ونعمة من الله، رب السماوات والأرض. في يوم القيامة، سيقوم الروح (جبريل) والملائكة في صفوف، ولن يتحدثوا إلا بإذن الله. سيُحذَّر الكافرون من عذاب قريب في يوم القيامة، وسيعبرون عن ندمهم ويتمنون أن يكونوا تُرابًا لكي يتجنَّبوا العقاب.
