In 2022, Summer officially lasted from June 21cthrough Sept 22. Also, the Tag on the motorcycle date is when it expired, so Owen is riding on expired tags. My car tags are good until June 2025 and the sticker has that date on it. So Dominion could take place up to almost the end of September and still be summer.

Small correction! The voice message Darius sends Brooklynn in episode 1 is on the 30th of September, hence why the calender in his cabin is also on the September page. So, Chaos Theory does begin on the last day of September and ends off in very early October

I think season 1, episode 1 of chaos theory is Aug 1st based on Darius last VM he left Brooklyn and spans maybe a week and the next seasons will be flashback scenes of what Brooklyn has been doing and bring us up to Sep 2022 at some point in the coming seasons.

In Chaos Theory, a theory about giant locusts is mentioned in Ben's van. But if the series is after Dominion, that of the locusts should not be a theory, but an event that has already happened and is known throughout the world. So if Ben lists this as a theory, he means that the events of Dominion apparently haven't happened yet. Or the locust event did not spread worldwide and remained secret, but it is strange

Which is more likely if the series and the film are at the same time, or at most a few days or weeks apart. I saw the film a long time ago, but if I remember correctly, in the dub of my language, Ellie Sattler said that they had to solve the locust problem before the end of the summer or something like that, which means that the film takes place by mid-September. So the series can easily take place a few days before or at the same time. But if a writer said that the series came before the movie, and no one else denied it, that's it.

On Twitter they confirmed that Chaos Theory is before Dominion. And then what does the issue of Red have to do with it? In the movie it's Ghost who falls into the water, so it should be her who doesn't appear in the series, not Red. Red was immediately caged by Owen and Barry

Do you guys think Dominion happens all in the span of a day or two? Like JWD is just one crazy weekend in July? If we are going to say that JWD is just July, and that's it, why is there snow in the Sierra Nevada range where Owen and Clair's cabin is? We aren't just talking about some snow capped mountains here, everything we see is snow for that whole sequence. We have the same problem with the Dolomite range in Italy, it's not perpetually snowy and in summer the snow caps aren't that big. Do you really think that Maisie could be kidnap, and then Owen and Clair immediately get ahold of Clair's old co-worker and he somehow already has enough influence at his brand new job to get them information on where Maisie might be taken..... Just really explain how everyone thinks that Dominion all takes place at the same time? Is that how globe trekking adventures like that work? Does James Bond instantly travel the globe simply because the director doesn't focus on time spent traveling? Is it possible that Dominion cut out information that would give us a more accurate look at the timeline? Don't forsake logic because you see July 30 on a poster in Malta.

No, the last scene of Camp Cretaceous takes place shortly after Fallen Kingdom. In the end Darius was amazed to see the Brachiosaurus outside the window, so the scene takes place after the dinosaurs were freed. Ben, Yaz and Sammy are seen to be much younger than they are in Chaos Theory. Ben had not yet become a tall, strong macho man
