Ness is definitely OP! Yink needs more kill power. Killing with Yink is super tough! U might be able to set up lesser skilled opponents but if they ur level u gotta take em to 160%+ Ness kills with everything!

Young link is in a good position his combos are good and f throw kills around 170 like 3 neural wins can get you there so if they do buff him all it will do make hime more consistent

I think if anything his recovery needs buffs. That's something that seems to be more of a liability at top level. Yink at least has tools to confirm kills that are either good punish options (spin attack), or are relatively noncommittal (all his projectiles, dtilt, nair tech chasing).
