This happened because of Teddy Reilly and his friendship with MJ. If I recall Teddy said he was living with MJ at the time working on the Dangerous album and he asked if he could use Human Nature for the remix. I think it was the first time MJ ever gave someone explicit permission to sample one of his songs. That is Pharrell chanting "SWV" in the song but this was produced and created by Teddy Reilly.
