Man, as a diehard fan and looking at all of these Sybreed live videos, I strongly beleive that Ben decided to leave the band because his voice, the death graspy growling was not cutting it like before, live performances from 2013 up until they broke up, were terrible. Sybreed is my favorite band and I cried when they disbanded but, after analyzing this I strongly believe this is the main reason Ben decided to quit. He had lost his high pitch screaming and death growls. I mean look at his confidence here and compare it with later concerts, it is too obvioud

You can hear it in their albums as well, Slave design had those long and drawn out growl-screams, but every record up to God is an Automaton had less and less of that and shorter bursts instead. It's a shame, but I'm thrilled to have recordings of his peak forever.

Yeah I second this because I think Ben was a smoker back then because in one of the studio recordings they did on their own channel he took the camera from ales and walked away after lighting a cig, that'll definitely fuck your voice up.

I really like their music, I have some albums...but they all look like kinda (too) nerdy to me too, honestly...especially Ben and Drop...and except the bass player here ofc. I mean you would expect a different stage presence (look) just by hearing their music. Just sayin'.
