His ghost still haunts the home and is at liberty to do funny stuff to the occupants as they lay in bed. Which is probably one reason why it took so long to sell the home in the first place.

By law, real estate agents don't have to divulge that a property is inhabited by a spectre who might do funny stuff to you. You must do your own due diligence. Most people in that income bracket are very thorough about due diligence, but perhaps the current owner devised a solution to a problem other property seekers were afraid of altogether.

Even if I had the money I would never buy this property. Lovely house- love it more as Neverland- but filthy, corrupted,county.... It's not because it was Michael Jackson's property that it will never be sold... It's what they did to Michael Jackson and all the people that didn't even stood for him.
