Of Their Own Accord - Second Sun - Whiskey Hotel is my favorite story arc in all of Call of Duty. Everything about these 3 missions was phenomenal, and the nostalgia from Hans Zimmer and pieces taken directly from movies makes it all worthwhile. :)

^ Well, whoever did it did a badass job, MW2 stands as one of the greatest videogame soundtracks of all time IMO. And yeah, the entire US Army arc was my favorite thing about this game and the best one in CoD for me. It starts out cleaning up the leftovers from CoD 4 in the Middle East, bloodshed in a faraway land. Then Russia invades, and the slow descent from an action-packed counter offensive in "Wolverines!" to the saddening hell on earth that was "Of Their Own Accord" was nothing short of brilliant to me.

I love this arc too, I think Acts II and II were nonstop fun thrill rides. Love the Zimmer-esque score, though you are not wrong to think Zimmer wrote this score. He has his proteges working under him so the music is based off the theme.

This was my favorite mission in MW2 due to how everyone in the area didn't have the ability to use any technology due to the EMP missile launched by Price. It just goes to show us that victory can be achieved by old warfare tactics. The Russian army had an advantage but the Rangers not only lead the way, but proved their the best at assaults.

Even after original Infinity Ward filed that failed wrongful termination lawsuit there's still no clear answers to why. But I hear the team is happy working with EA making the Titanfall series. If at least one Russian knew even a bit of English (which is very probable), they would've realised what the Americans are saying on intercom and held green flares on the tip of the building XD.
