Soo...I used to work at McDonalds and they ask you to ‘park up’ (in a bay) it means your food isn’t ready yet. (obviously😝) but not necessarily because it’s a big order, they may have run out of pattys, fries etc. So to keep the line flowing they ask you to park up. Also, they write the last 3 letters of your number plate that’s how they know who’s food is who’s 😊

This video! ❤️❤️ just turned 21 and I’ve always been brought up to save, had a job straight from school and bought my own car, 08 3 door model, paid for own driving lesson, I have a help to buy ISA with enough money for a deposit, carried on saving so still have money for new thing! Saving is key!! You don’t see the outside of your car when driving it, as longs as it gets you from A to B that’s all that matter!

We had a lesson every 2 weeks and it’s called “skills for life” we learnt about drugs, alcohol and we worked out our monthly expenses based on our careers and the tax added on each month, we also got to plan a holiday based on money left over from what we saved each month. It was good but we didn’t get to know about taxes, we learnt abit about bills but not enoughxx

I’m 19, 20 in September and the year when I was 17/18 everyone was passing their test and getting cars and it was so much pressure to feel like I need to pass and get a car but it wasn’t the right time. Now I’m trying driving again and there’s no pressure and I’m hoping it will go much better xx

At high school we had a "skills for life" lesson which taught us about alcohol, drugs and budgeting and gave us different situations and we'd have to find solutions and stuff. I think it was good but we still didn't get taught about taxes. I found out that tv licence was a thing, didn't know that. We were given an occupation with the money and told to pay for bills, savings and shopping with that monthly wage with I think was really good and helped with budgeting but I wish they'd included taxes. I think all schools should have that lesson though, once a week xx
