Hello, I saw you at the 2024 marathon today! About 500m before the end I said “let’s go” and sprinted away (I was wearing a running bag and a blue cancer council t-shirt). I wanted to say at the end that I found this video very helpful, but I couldn’t find you. I hope you had a great race!
