I really appreciate her coach and her not putting to much pressure on her approach. I feel like so many athletes have blown up in all different kind of sports because of pressure. mental health is as important as physical health as long as she keeps both of those in check she’s gonna go far(which is obvious cause she’s a beast).

Once in a century talent... I come from the future. She became the GOAT in 400m hurdles. She broke the world record 4 times in 13 months. And right now she is still 22 years old... Once in a century talent.

Saw Sydney run when she was a ten year old in a New Brunswick, NJ meet. The crowd was blown away as she blew away her competition. She was the talk of the event. I knew I was watching not just another talented track athlete. People either forget or don't know that Sydney is world class in about five different track and field events.

I really enjoy watching how technical and POWERFUL her stride is. Similarly, the quickness she has in getting her trail leg over the hurdle is superior. Incredible power stroke as she runs. Yeah, she's very exceptionally good looking as well. I want to see her just dominate next year. Sydney represents....AMERICA!

Like many, I've been following Sydney since she was in high school. To me it was clear that she was destined for greatness. But not just because of her innate talent. She also showed a thirst for knowledge and wasn't reluctant to put in the work. The results are speaking for themselves.

I remember seeing her in the 2016 Olympics at 16. Now shes on the world stage. Crazy

Yeah Sydney. Stay hungry and humble. As you mature emotionally, become more fearless attacking each hurdle and perfect your steps in accordance with your increasing speed and strength, I see you being unstoppable. The only challenge will probably be off the field with men. Because you are physically so beautiful and smart, men can and will be in your face and can be distracting. Stay focused Sis! God bless you and your great team.

Two years later she's the Olympic champion and world record holder. First woman ever to go under 52 seconds in the 400 m. But she changed coaches, and benefitted from having an extra year to prepare for Tokyo. She wasn't at this level in 2020 and likely wouldn't have won the gold medal. Everything came together for her. It was meant to be.....
