Ooof! Yeah … they last 5-7 days on average. I remember when mine started, my mom gave me super-long pads. I was like “but I’m a beginner!” My mom chuckled ruefully and responded. “Mother Nature doesn’t care.” Keep track and you will be able to predict approximately when your cycle is.

Oh sweetie it’s gonna be okay they last 5-7 days and it can seriously suck but it’s all natural and even though you don’t see it yet it’s beautiful. Having a period helps your body be ready for a baby one day. I’m pregnant with my first and I used to hate my period I had really bad cramps but just take some midol and a heating pad and you’ll be just fine. Make sure you always have pads in your back pack even when you don’t think it’s gonna come for a little while. Because sometimes they come early.
