It's time to work the butt and legs and add in some burning ab work! Grab your HEAVY dumbbells and let's grow these muscles!
Today we are focusing on the glutes, quads, and hamstrings as well as the external obliques, rectus abdominis, and core muscles in general! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds and we will complete each movement in superset style 3 times! I am using 15, 20, and 30 pound dumbbells today and I really want you to push yourself with the weights! Work hard to get stronger and let's CRUSH IT together!

Yes your so right at the end what you said. I love working out but there's these days were I think to make an excuse or I'm tired or I don't want to get sweaty and I remember I'll be happy when I'm done and as soon as I get moving I get into it . Can’t do the August 2022 program because I injured my calf and can’t do cardio jumping around so digging through your old workouts I missed from the time I only did your no equipment workouts and this one is 🔥!!! Love the combo butt and abs!

I managed to finish this workout despite having cramps. Definitely won't let mother nature get in the way of my fitness journey. I even managed to use 30 pound and 40 pound dumbbells despite not feeling great today

Cosmic diet played a major role. I never starve and eat until full. Last year I wasnt able to loose much Becoz I always ran to my old eating habits. I would say choose your diet wisely such that you can incorporate it into your lifestyle. It is the major thing that I did choosing healthy food is now my lifestyle. If you are specifically asking about diet that I followed. Here I go: 1 glass plain warm water as soon as I get up 8-9am : 2 slices brown bread/2 tortillas with veggies and 1 cup plain yogurt 12 noon: 1 small cup coffee without sugar (as I visit my friend everyday in a cafe😀) 2pm: 4 almonds, a lunch box full of veggies and fruits either steamed or raw ( don't starve ....Eat until full) 4-5pm: if hungry, a small cup of milk without sugar 7 -8 pm: boiled oats with pulses or veggies Make water, fruits and veggies your best friend.This helped me a lot and I'm trying to stick to it almost everyday. I don't care if I have 2 cookies or a piece or 2 of cake once in a week. It's fine. Life is one ...I cant deprive myself of yummy food out there. But workout at least 5-6 times a week. And try to eat clean and lots of water...All the best

I absolutely love your energy and workouts! I've been doing them daily for quite some time now, however, I don't really enjoy when you count down from 20 seconds. Lol..is that just me? I don't know, it kind of discourages me. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Crushed it! Woot Woot. Lol I did this at 5am & did your 40 minute Legs, Abs & Cardio from Dec 7 immediately after. Trying to get caught up on ones I missed & stay current with your daily post the same time. I like how you push us to challenge ourselves. I’m now using 8lbs weight; which I never thought possible and need to upgrade to 10lbs as I’m finding the 8s are not challenging for some of the exercises. Thank you for your enthusiasm and for keeping us motivated with the variety, excitement, consistency and innovative moves. Much Love from The Bahamas 😘

I think this was my 4th or 5th time doing this one and every time it kicks my rump! I challenged myself and surprised myself with the weights I chose! There were times I wanted to go lighter, to ease up, but I fought those feelings and went up in weight instead!! Yass! I feel proud and accomplished!! Crushed it!

Crushed it! Today was one of those unmotivated days for me. I saw this workout and said " I don't really want to work out for 50 mins today", but it was already on and I decided to try to complete it. Well, I crushed it! Now it's done and over with!
