We are working hard today to feel stronger and push our bodies to their best efforts in this legs and abs workout! Feel free to use your Royal Change Glute Resistance Bands! I am using 15, 20, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today but pick weights that challenge you at your fitness level today! We will be working for 45 seconds on a circuit style utilizing a lower body exercise and an ab exercise. We will complete our sets then move to the next exercise!
The focus is athletic strength so be ready to push yourself in each of our strength circuits! Be ready to move quickly with me! Share this workout with a friend and I can't wait to work hard with you!

Ok, I have to say that this was "another" of your BEST workouts. I LOVED the: squat & stand; squad & deadlift, plank walks; shoulder toss, bridge pulses w/db; squat & good-mornings. Changing your movements and mixing them up is what makes the differences in your workouts. I can't get enough of you and I'm soooo happy you found your journey here with us. hey sydney..how do i go about increasing the dumbell weights? i havent been able to lift more than 15 pounds in these 6-7 months..my shoulders and arms arent ready for 20 yet!! help me and i love your workouts :) :)

As a rock climber, I have a team that I train with and that motivates me, and it is so so so important for my success! I second what Sydney says - find a team, even if it's only one person or even if it's online. It will make all the difference :)
