In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. KZbin now shows that 60% of our daily viewers are NOT SUBSCRIBED to our channel (to put that into a better perspective, that's 815,000 other people that are not subscribed which would put the channel around 1,357,000 subscribers) and I know that a lot of you that have used my channel every single day for the past several months to year and a half aren't subscribed (I see it when you post your completion stories! lol). Great stretch today! I rest on Tuesdays so I am always one day behind but I catch up on Sundays when I do two, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. It was a great stretch after the Pilates workout ! ❤️❤️

I really enjoying doing these workouts together with you. I can already see improvements in me. I can lift heavier weights now. You are really motivating. I enjoy the dance you do at the end, its very cheerful. I must say this, i love love love your outfits. You look amazing in each one of them. You carry them so well. I move on to watch your next video by remembering what you wore the previous day :D. The way you colour coordinate your outfit with your water bottle, sweat towel and the background light is very thoughtful. Well done. I look forward to seeing you every day.
