Sydney is underrated. She gives instructions during the workouts which is better than having all music. I prefer to have spoken instructions so I don't have to look at the screen. Please don't change your format and follow the others.

Agree, her verbal cues are great and get me to correct myself. Music makes it hard for me to hear her clearly .

Yesterday I found out my husband has a secret plan to leave me for another woman. I spent the day sobbing on the couch, and planned to spend the week doing the same thing. But you know what? It would be a damn shame to let me body get weak just because my soul is being challenged. I wasn’t ready to give today my all, but I have it what I could and I’m proud of myself for that. Thank you Sydney for being such a constant in a tumultuous life.

I want to cry (tears of joy) right now. For the past couple of years I have been dealing with a herniated disk in my back and a tear in my shoulder due to the countless Spartan races I accomplished. I was in pain every single day to the point where I had trouble getting out of bed and when I did every step on my right side brought shooting pains down my leg. I also could not even come close to lifting my right arm parallel to my shoulder. Welllllll, as of today I did shoulder presses with a 20 pound weight! Yes, 20 pounds and I did lunges with a 30 pound. I am feeling stronger both mentally and physically. Sydney’s program popped up in my KZbin feed on day one of her challenge and when I saw it, I knew this was a sign for me to get my mental and physical health back and I have not missed a day since. Sydney, you are a blessing to countless people. The impact you have is astounding. Thank you a million times over for all you bring to so many with your knowledge and genuine care of our health and well being.

OH MY GOD!!!! I love how you push us to go heavier and I went out of my comfort zone and lifted heavier and I surprised myself for how strong I've became and sometimes I'm still afraid to challenge myself for reaching that 5 lbs heaiver weights. Thank you Sydney for pushing us to get stronger!

Amazing workout again Queen Sydney! I took last week off as I was beaching it up, swimming, tons of outdoor activities so no lifting. I totally missed it! Great to be back and crushing it. Surprised how strong I still am. Great to see you all here. Love progressive overloads. Thanks Sydney!

Over a month Sydney.. I have never been so consistent with workouts before ( except when I was following you in 2021 I was consistent for 3 months ..I haven't been since then but now I will be and will complete this challenge ❤❤

She definitely gets me to want to get up and workout in the morning. It's like a Ladies night out. Only, it's the morning. And, it's just Sydney and me. LOL!

I love running and I love upper body strength but not so keen on lower body strength. So, not going to lie, after the first set of squats I stopped the video and thought about doing one of Sydney’s upper body/cardio combos. BUT I went back to it, restarted from the first squat interval and did the whole thing. And I felt amazing afterwards. Pushed hard, and just when I thought I couldn’t squeeze out another rep in the chest press, Sydney’s encouragement kept me going. So - great routine, added to my favourites. Thanks Sydney for all your hard work and for keeping us motivated.

My workout is done. I usually workout after work around 6pm but have decided that for Tier 2 I am going to try to workout in the morning. So I set out my clothes last night and my weight, got up at 5:30am all bright eyed and bushy tail, pushed play and wow!! i did everything Sydney asked of me. Imagine i used my 30s in the last round of Skull Crushers. Hope i can keep up my morning routine. But my workout for today is dun, dun, dun. Love it. Thank you Sydney. I really want to see my body toned and strong.
