I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I AM STRONG 💪. I reached a Milestone today! For the first time I was able to do sit-ups with the weight resting ON my chest. In the past, I was just holding the weight a few inches above. Woo hoo!! 💗

I should have probably looked at the calendar yesterday, but I took a break during the week, it seems that’s what’s best for me. So on Sundays I do a work out. Well I did legs 🦵 😂🤣 So a double leg workout 🙋‍♀️. Oh well I still crushed it!! So now off for a power walk/ run as soon as I refuel!! Thank you Sydney!! Happy Monday Everyone!! Stay Strong!! I had a crazy busy day and I wasnt able to complete this workout during the day like I usually do, but I could not go to sleep knowing that i've had a perfect streak with the April calendar and workouts.
