Today was my first day working out again in probably 8 months. I’ve always followed Sydney’s programs but the last few months I fell off HARD. I know I’ll be sore tomorrow but I’m so proud of myself for getting up early and getting it done. Looking forward to another workout tomorrow 🎉

The best part about your workout regime is that if anyone follows them diligently and is consistent, they can see the difference within five days . Mamma Mia. I trust myself. Awesome workout. Circuit style was so challenging. The 30.mins had me sweating like crazy.
