Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad) - كتاب الجهاد والسير 8) Chapter: The superiority of him who goes in Allah's Cause and dies on the way Narrated Anas bin Malik: Um Haram said, "Once the Prophet (ﷺ) slept in my house near to me and got up smiling. I said, 'What makes you smile?' He replied, 'Some of my followers who (i.e. in a dream) were presented to me sailing on this green sea like kings on thrones.' I said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Invoke Allah to make me one of them." So the Prophet (ﷺ) invoked Allah for her and went to sleep again. He did the same (i.e. got up and told his dream) and Um Haran repeated her question and he gave the same reply. She said, "Invoke Allah to make me one of them." He said, "You are among the first batch." Later on it happened that she went out in the company of her husband 'Ubada bin As-Samit who went for Jihad and it was the first time the Muslims undertook a naval expedition led by Mu awiya (r.a). When the expedition came to an end and they were returning to Sham, a riding animal was presented to her to ride, but the animal let her fall and thus she died. MERITS OF MUAWIYA BIN HINDA Sahih Bukhari, Volume 2 Chapter 37, pages 44-45: “Narrated Urwa bin Zubair: Aisha the wife of the Prophet told him that there were four types of marriage during the Pre-Islamic period of ignorance. One type was similar to that of the present day, i.e. a man used to ask somebody else for the hand of a girl under his guardianship or for his daughter’s hand, and give her dowry and then marry her. The second type was that a man would say to his wife after she had become clean from her period, “Send for so-and-so and have sexual relations with him.” Her husband would then keep away from her and would never sleep with her till she gets pregnant from the other man with whom she was sleeping. When her pregnancy became evident, her husband would sleep with her if he wished. Her husband did so (i.e. let her wife sleep with some other man) so that he might have a child of noble breed. Such marriage was called Al-Istibda. Another type of marriage was that a group of fewer than ten men would assemble and enter upon a woman, and all of them would have sexual relation with her. If she became pregnant and delivered a child and some days had passed after her delivery, she would send for all of them and none of them would refuse to come, and when they all gathered before her, she would say to them, “You (all) know what you have done, and now I have given birth to a child. So, it is your child, O so-and-so!” naming whoever she liked, and her child would follow him and he could not refuse to take him. The fourth type of marriage was that many people would enter upon a lady and she would never refuse anyone who came to her. Those were the prostitutes who used to fix red flags at their doors as signs, and he who wished could have sexual intercourse with them. If anyone of them got pregnant and delivered a child, then all those men would be gathered for her and they would call the Qaifs (persons skilled in recognizing the likeness of a child to his father) to them and would let her child follow the man (whom they recognized as his father) and she would let him adhere to him and will be called his son. Mu’awiya bin Hind was the product of a combined Nikah Ibn Abi al Hadeed in Sharh Nahjul Balagha notes the following in Volume 10 page 130: “Mu’awiya’s parentage was attributed to four persons namely Abi Amar bin Musaafir, Abi Ammara bin Waleed, Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib and Sabah the Ethiopian. Abu Sufyan was short and ugly whilst Sabah was young and handsome thus Hind offered him sex and from amongst the Arabs, it has also been stated that Abu Sufyan’s other son Utbah was also a product of this union”. Similarly in Rabi’ul Abrar by Allamah Zamakhshari, Volume 3 page 551: “There were four people who were thought to be Mu’awiya’s father, Abi bin Umar bin Musaafir, Abi Umar bin Waleed, Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib and Sabah” Rabi’ul Abrar by Allamah Zamakhshari Volume 3 page 551 In Tadkhirat al Khawwas, page 114 Chapter 7 : “Sham bin Muhammad Kalbi in his book Kitab Mushab notes that Imam Hasan said to Mu’awiya ‘Are you aware of the bed from which you was conceived?’ This means he was born from four fathers”. Sharh Ibn al Hadeed Volume 4 page 94 under the Chapter “Mun Kitab Ziyad Ubayya” : “Mu’awiya wrote a letter to Ziyad, the contents of which included the words ‘O son of Sumayya’ (amongst the Arabs there was a tradition that if one’s ancestry was questionable, then that individual would be called by their mother’s name. In the same way that Imam Hasan referred to Marwan as ‘Ibn Zurqa’- Mu’awiya sought to mock Ziyad by calling him the son of Sumayya…Ziyad replied to Mu’awiya with these words ‘Mu’awiya you called me by the name of my mother Sumayya, so as to mock me, well if I am the son of Sumayya then you are ‘Ibne Jamaat’ as you was a product of Nikah ijtimah”. Al-Nasa’ih al-Kaafiyah page 85 : Musafir was a handsome, generous man - he fell in love with the daughter of Utbah, and she fell in love with him. She became pregnant. Maarif Ibne Khurbooz states that when her signs of pregnancy became visible Hinda told Musafir to flee and he made his way out of the city. Naufal states that Musafir was one of those individuals that was killed on account of his love of Hinda. Imam of Ahl’ul Sunnah Qutubadeen Shirazi in his book “Nizhaat Al-Quloob Munkool az Istakhsa al Fahm” page 981 states: “A child born out of fornication is better due to the fact that a man does so with complete effort and enjoyment, whilst a child conceived legitimately only pleases his wife. A child born from fornication is more clever, that is why Amr bin Aas and Mu’awiya bin Abu Sufyan were great politicians and are counted as amongst the people of deception, the greatest politician from this group was Ziyad bin Ubayya”.

Why did Umar bin Khattab prevent prophet Muhammad to write his will as a Prophet of Allah? Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: When Allah's Apostle was on his death-bed and in the house there were some people among whom was 'Umar bin Al-Khattab, the Prophet said, "Come, let me write for you a statement after which you will not go astray." 'Umar said, "The Prophet is seriously ill and you have the Qur'an; so the Book of Allah is enough for us." The people present in the house differed and quarreled. Some said "Go near so that the Prophet may write for you a statement after which you will not go astray," while the others said as Umar said. When they caused a hue and cry before the Prophet, Allah's Apostle said, "Go away!" Narrated 'Ubaidullah: Ibn 'Abbas used to say, "It was very unfortunate that Allah's Apostle was prevented from writing that statement for them because of their disagreement and noise."Sahih al-Bukhari, 7:70:573 Sa'id b. Jubair reported from Ibn Abbas that he said: Thursday, and what about Thursday? Then tears began to flow until I saw them on his cheeks as if they were the strings of pearls. He (the narrator) said that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Bring me a shoulder blade and ink-pot (or tablet and inkpot) so that I write for you a document (by following which) you would never go astray. They said: Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) is in the state of unconsciousness [yahjur, literal translation: "talking nonsense"; obviously, the Prophet was not unconscious since he was speaking] Sahih Muslim, 013:4015 Did Umar speak in loud? QURAN; 49:2] O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak aloud to him in a talk, as you may speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds become vain and you perceive not. Most Muslims still did not perceive. Ask any scholar that denying a dying person for writing his or her will is a big sin. Particularly a Will for the Muslim Ummah so that they never get astray. The blame of division about Muslims goes to Umar bin Khattab. To me, Umar looks like Iblis. Iblis was close to Allah but at the end he disobeyed Allah. Umar was close to Prophet Muhammad but at the end, he disobeyed Prophet Muhammad. Allah always says in Quran " Obey Allah and obey His Messenger" We can not obey Allah without obeying Prophet Muhammad. QURAN:112:2] Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ Allah does not have emotions. The anger of Muhammad is the anger of Allah. A person/ persons or their supporters who annoy prophet Muhammad CAN NOT go to heaven. QURAN: 33:57] Those who annoy Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this World and in the Hereafter and has prepared for them a humiliating Punishment. حضور کی وفات کے بعد جب حضرت ابو بکر خلیفہ بنے تو ابو سفیان مولا علی علیہ سلام کے پاس آیا اور کہا کہ خلافت کے حقدار تو آپ تھے کیونکہ غدیر میں حضور نے فرمایا تھا کہ جس جس کا میں مولا (حاکم)ا اس اس کا یہ علی مولا اگر آپ کہیں تو مدینے کی گلیاں سواروں سے بھر دوں لیکن مولا علی علیہ سلام نے اس کی تجویز نہ مانی کیونکہ اسلام میں وہ جنگ و جدل نہیں چاہتے تھے - خلافہ ابو سفیان کے فطنے کو بھنناپتے ہوے اسے دمشق کا علاقہ دے دیا اور تیسرے خلیفہ کے زمانے میں معاویہ کو اتنا نوازہ گیا کہ اس نے مولا علی کی خلافت سے بغاوت کر دی اور جنگ و جدل برپا ہوا- حضور نے عمار بن یاثر کے بارے میں فرمایا تھا کہ وہ ایک باغی گروہ کے ہاتھوں شہید ہوں گے اور آپ کو معاویہ کے لشکر نے جنگ صفین میں شہید کیا ایک روایت کے مطابق حضرت عاشہ (رضی اللہ عنہا) زرجہ رسول کو دعوت میں بلا کر زمیں بوس کر دیا معاویہ کی فتنہ انگیزی سے خلافت ملوکیت میں بدل گئ اور اس کے بعد اس کا بیٹا یزید حاکم بنا جس نے اہل بیت کا چمن اجاڑ دیا (خلافت و ملوکیت، الطبری، ابنِ خلدون)- اکو کافی) - ا ابو سفیان نے ساری عمر حضور سے جنگ کی اس کی بیوی ہندہ نے حضرت امیر حمزہ کا کلیجہ چبایا ' اس کے بیٹے معاویہ نے اسلام میں ایسا فطنہ بپا کیا جو آج بھی اسلام میں پھیلا ہوا ہے اور اس کے بیٹے یزید نے امام حسین اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو کربلا میں شہید کیا اور ان کی لاشوں پر گھوڑے دوڑاے نیز رسول کے خانوادے کو قیدی بنا کر بازاروں میں پھدرایا- ایسے ملعون خاندان کی واکالت کرنا ظلم اکبر ہے- ابو سفیان نے ساری عمر حضور سے جنگ کی اس کی بیوی ہندہ نے حضرت امیر حمزہ کا کلیجہ چبایا ' اس کے بیٹے معاویہ نے اسلام میں ایسا فطنہ بپا کیا جو آج بھی اسلام میں پھیلا ہو ہے اور اس کے بیٹے یزید نے امام حسین اور ان کے ساتھیوں کو کربلہ میں شہید کیا اور ان کی لاشوں پر گھوڑے دوڑاے نیز رسول کے خانوادے کو قیدی بنا کر بازاروں میں پھدرایا- ایسے ملعون خاندان کی واکالت کرنا ظلم اکبر ہے- ایک محمد کی شمیں کیا کیا قیامت ڈھا گئ بدرسے چلتے چلتے کربلا تک آ گئ

Aziz Sahil By proof I meant the ayat , you mentioned just one word radhiallaanhum . When you are proving something , you need to show which exact ayat you pointing to. As far as the question of who is your or his father , the proof is the birth certificate. If you apply for passport or any official document you do have to give some sort of proof for your claim.
