The simple trick is speaking English is replacing words of native language into English. Think in English and words will automatically at your tongue... It's so easy... Keep practicing.. and share your outcomes.. within week you feel a difference... I bet....

آپ بالکل صحیح بات کر رہے ہیں میں دبئی ٹیکسی چلاتا ہوں اور اکثر میرے کسٹمر یورپین ہوتے ہیں جن میں اکثر برٹش اکثر گورے مجھے کہتے ہیں کہ تم اچھی انگلش میں بات کرتے ہو لیکن بات وہی جاکے اڑ جاتی ہے جب اپنے لوگوں میں بات کرو تو وہ فورا بولتے ہیں کہ تیری گرامر ٹھیک نہیں ہیں جبکہ میں نے اکثر محسوس کیا ہے اگر آپ گورے سے انگلش میں بات کر رہے ہو تو ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ وہ بھی کوئی گرائمر کے لحاظ سے بات نہیں کر رہا
