Superset Your Life - Day 13 Question of the Day:
How do you maintain a positive mindset? What keeps you optimistic?
Today, aside from answering the question of the day, I first talked a bit about my experience and thoughts so far with my KZbin channel, which is less than two months old (not counting the first video).
There are already so many videos on why you should start a KZbin channel, so I don't plan to add to that, but I do recommend it. It brings out so much creativity in you. I didn't mention this in the video, but I have a lot of ideas that keep me excited. However, I stop myself from pursuing them because I don't want KZbin to be my main focus until I complete my 30K+ Plan. I don't want to put extra effort into my KZbin channel right now except to record my thoughts as I continue my superset routine.
I like that it's making me think of possibilities, creating, and wanting to learn more. It keeps my mind sharp.
KZbin is a lot of fun!
