My dear this is theme of song सिद्धू मूसेवाला के नए गाने की थीम ये है कि जब तक पंजाब के मसले हल नहीं होते, तब तक पानी तो छोड़ो, उसकी एक बूंद नहीं दी जाएगी। गाने की शुरूआत में बैकग्राउंड में आम आदमी पार्टी के हरियाणा प्रभारी सुशील गुप्ता का बयान सुनाई देता है। इसमें सुशील गुप्ता कह रहे हैं कि पंजाब में हमारी सरकार आ गई है और 2024 में हरियाणा में भी पार्टी की सरकार बन जाएगी। वर्ष 2025 तक हरियाणा के हर खेत में पानी आ जाएगा। सिद्धू गाने में एक जगह टोपीवालों से बचने की बात भी कह रहे हैं। इन्हीं दोनों पाइंट्स की वजह से सिद्धू के इस गीत को पंजाब वर्सेज हरियाणा का रंग दिया जा रहा है। इस गाने को पंजाब वर्सेज हरियाणा बनाने की कोशिश करने वालों को जवाब दिया। यह गाना हरियाणा के खिलाफ नहीं है बल्कि इसमें संयुक्त पंजाब की बात कही गई है। गाने में इस्तेमाल टोपीवालों शब्द नेताओं के लिए है न कि हरियाणा वालों के लिए। मूसेवाला के गाने की लाइन ‘ओना चिर पाणी छड्‌डो, तुपका नहीं देदे’ को लेकर लोगों में कन्फ्यूजन है कि पानी का तुपका किसे न देने की बात कही गई है? हरियाणा को? तो इस लाइन का अर्थ समझने के लिए ‘सानू साड्डा पिछोकड़, अतै साडा लाणा दे देयो, चंडीगढ़, हिमाचल अते हरियाणा दे देयो’ को ध्यान से समझने की जरूरत है। सिद्धू मूसेवाला अपने गाने की शुरूआत में ही परिवार को एक करने की बात कह रहे हैं। इसकी ठीक अगली लाइन में मूसेवाला ने अंग्रेजी शब्द ‘सोवेरिएनिटी’ का इस्तेमाल किया है। यानी मूसेवाला कह रहा है कि हमारा परिवार एक कर दो और संप्रभुता दे दो। हम अपने मसले खुद हल कर लेंगे। इसी गाने की एक लाइन और है, ‘क्यों पग्गां नाल खहन्दा फिरदा टोपी वालेया’। इस लाइन को भी समझने की जरूरत है। पग्ग को सिर्फ सिखी से जोड़कर नहीं देखना चाहिए। हरियाणा-राजस्थान में भी पगड़ी को बहुत अहम माना जाता है। टोपीवालों का मतलब यहां नेताओं से है जो लोगों को आपस में लड़वाते हैं। इस गीत में उन्हीं लोगों को जलन हो रही है जिन्हें पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान और पश्चिमी यूपी के किसानों में आतंकवाद दिखता था।

8:36 Balwinder Singh Jattana is viewed as a ‘Sikh Liberation Hero’ by the Sikh Community. He played a key role in protesting against the building of the SYL. SYL refers to Satluj-Yamuna-Link Canal which is an under-construction 214 kilometer long canal, built to share the waters of Punjab with the state of Haryana. In 1982, the Satluj-Yamuna-Link Canal was proposed. The link would carry Punjab’s water to neighbouring states including Haryana. However, SYL was welcomed with democratic protests from the people of Punjab as they were against any scheme taking their water away from them. Despite the protests, the construction of the Link began in the next few years. On 23 July, 1990, Balwinder Singh Jattana along with Jagtar Singh Panjola, Balbir Singh Fauji and Harmeet Singh Bhaowal reached the head office of the SYL project in Chandigarh Sector 26. The Chief Engineers of the SYL project held a meeting on the second floor of the head office. Balwinder Singh Jattana, aided by 3 others, entered the building and assassinated M.S. Sikri and Avtar Aulakh, the Chief Engineers of the SYL project. After the incident, the SYL project was brought to a halt.

Syl means sutlej yamuna link. When punjab and haryana were separated than one act was made to finish the water crisis but it was favouring haryana. Thats y punjabi people were not satisfied with the decision. So they started protest and may were killed. Than central govt came in the matter and the case is still going on….. thats why the hook line of the song says that “paani chhodo , ek tipka paani bhee nahi denge” . Bhavinder jattana was the main reason to stop the syl because he shot 2 main officers of the syl team. Thats why sidhu said ke mujhe rokoge toh bhavinder jattana vaapas aayega in his last verse. ✊🏾
