Does nothing for the lane. No gap closer. Can roam somewhat but that is its only early game win condition (not a good one, ideally you want to be able to win through lane and in roam). Not gold efficient. Will not be durable with low farm. I would rate Singed as a low tier support

I have played Singed ADC, even got a decent winrate with it, which I will look up if you are Interested. Singed is just not ideal as a bot laner, he has no way to farm, no range, can not creepcut or roam much, he had a flash fling that can screw immobile marksmen but thats it. I would not recommend it pretty much ever, unless maybe you think that Singed will just be extremely valuable later on despite a suboptimal lane, but I would still be hesistant
