Sylheti Nunor Handesh | Eid Special | PSR

Ingredients:
2 medium onions
1/2 cup ginger
3 green chilli
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup self raising flour
2 cups of plain flour
Salt for taste
1/2 teaspoon tamarind powder
2 eggs
2 cups water

Yes you can leave out the egg, it isn’t compulsory. I added the eggs because it makes the handesh fluffy and soft. Without the eggs, the handesh would taste different but it will still taste nice. Thank you 😊
