*Ingredients:*
100g dried fish (sutki)
2 medium onions (finely sliced)
4-5 garlic cloves (crushed)
2-3 green chilies (slit)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp mustard oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
*Instructions:*
1. Soak the dried fish in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then clean and drain.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the dried fish until crispy. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add onions, garlic, and green chilies, and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
5. Add a little water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
6. Add the fried dried fish back into the pan, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with steamed rice.
