The confusion over the last question could've been resolved in a more better way if there were options given to answer to. We are just reading the premises and deducing from the conclusion. but some times we have to look in the options too to find out whether the options provided are definite to the question or do they contain an " either - or " thingy. Anyways your method is just awesome. It cleared my basics.

Sir.... You are solving the syllogism questions of either or case by conditions ... Sir you can simply solve these type of questions by simply drawing the two possible vendiagrams..... At these two vendiagrams one can easily judge that it is either or case question...
