@@ImpaledDeceivers I don’t really think they moved away from it until later, edge of the earth might be their most melodic record and is like the perfect mix of melodeath and thrash, monolith to a lesser extent. I feel like dormant heart is when they started moving away from the more melodic sound some and then cycle of suffering and a sign of things to come is kinda when they fully moved away from the melodic sound. That being said Josh has talked about possibly making an EOTE2 so they might return to that in the future.

The heavy never went anywhere, cycle of suffering has some real heavy shit on it and ASOTTC had stuff like deadwood which was super heavy.

@@ROFLBOB24 agree to disagree, it ain’t their best shit that would be EOTE followed by monolith but it’s still a good record with tons of killer riffs and has plenty of heavy songs. It’s also definitely not just a metalcore record, stuff like godless throne is very heavy and absolutely not just metalcore, same goes for deadwood and multiple other tracks on the record. This song and this whole new EP were also made at the exact same time as ASOTTC.

He escuchado todos los discos y ep de esta banda y puedo decir que este ya es uno de sus mejores temas y es su MEJOR videoclip oficial. ASI es como hacen las cosas Josh, porque este EP es mejor que todo el último disco de la banda.
