I'm sure you could just not deploy it. It runs in my mind that they have a smaller version that is basically this without the side table too maybe...

@@AllThingsOverlanding That's what I was wondering if it could be folded downwards. Cuz if you don't deploy initially, it just sits up top on top of the main table. I saw the smaller one but this looks cool. Idea is to use it in my tall truck camper partially deployed and if I'm at camp for awhile it'll go outside fully deployed

I really like the design, however the 4 cutting boards you refer to, are actually meant to be the shelves in the zippered cupboards. Two for each side. One on the inside bottom and one on the inside top. Unless of course an individual chooses not use the top zippered shelf of one or both sides as you mentioned. Otherwise, nice review.

Those aren’t cutting boards, they’re for the shelving below so you can actually stand things up on the shelving, but whatever you want to use them for I guess.
