i believe the later made B2224s have an info sticker in them, mine is made in 2000 and it did have an info sticker in it, but it was in the side of the spigot mount next to the capacitor, and i could not see it so i tried to carefully peel it out and move it, but it ripped in half (i was not happy) so made a homemade one on MS Word and laminated it.

the Sylvania roadled the LED you are referring to as "Chinese junk? if so that is SAD as I am under the impression that is the LED of choice down there and in Canada at the utility level we are using "name brand" lights like GE or AEL both made in North America I see the "ROADLED" is using a Samsung LED panel and we had them in our Lorry wash and there were replaced due to corrosion as the fixtures were NOT sealed enough for a car wash the urban compared to "American" Cobra heads have very little in the way of reflector behind / around the bulb and to me looks like it would be way worse at light control / light trespass whereas the B2223 "bucket" is more like what we have over here in the "Chicago crimefighter / GE powr/Bracket and offer good light control as the bulb is in the refractor "bucket"

All LEDs are Chinese junk. And I find the light off them to be too bright and they cause glare, which can be dangerous. Not to mention the strobing effect when they fail, which is why Western Australia was late to the led streetlighting party. The urban and b2224 shown in the video are much nicer lights. Street lighting technology and lighting technology really peaked 30+ years ago and has only really gone down since.
