Basically they punch a hole, they insert a T shaped anchor. Then you twist the diamond part on. They often don’t last very long, can leave scars... but they are cute lol. My friend got her dimples, she had them like 6 months. I just wouldn’t heal... then one got infected so she got it redone... then eventually gave up on them. You can see in the video her right one looks like it had scaring/discoloration...
