There's actually different interpretations for the music video but it was overall an open ending. The most obvious thing in the video is the part when Maloi (the girl) and Maki (the guy) parted ways after Maki accompanied Maloi back to their house and Maki got hit by a car. It was a split moment when Maki turned back and there's a light coming from the right, signaling that there's a car and he got hit by it. It doesn't make sense tho because at the ending part, we can see Maloi rushing back to the jeepney as if trying to look for Maki. She knows that Maki got hit so it's not like she will find him there. Another interpretation is that Maki is actually her deep consciousness, the part of her who loves art. When Maki showed her the things outside of her comfort zone, she started appreciating art and Maki leaving means Maloi is now finally ready to come out of her shell and continue doing art. Going back to the jeepney means finding her previous love for art which is further strengthened by the sketchpad and crayon she found in it.

OMG Maki's tracks became my vibe these days. "Dilaw" caught my ears as it was played on a radio while riding the bus on the way to school. Since then, I started listening on his tracks. His other track "Kailan?" is good too, and I think you should give it a listen. It may have a K-drama vibe because of the music video. [P.S] Because of this segment, I learned other Filipino tracks which I'm not familiar coming from a Filipino listener

The best interpretation I've read about the Dilaw MV is that, in the beginning, Maloi's art was dark colors, but ever since she spent time with Maki, her art became colorful and bright. After Maki left her, in the end credits it's shown that Maloi found happiness without him. And that this is supposed to symbolize that our sense of love and worth shouldn't come from other people, that we have to learn to bring that color for ourselves and our own lives.
