Well, Sans is kinda an odd case, so I don't know if this logic works, but... (Spoilers, by the way, just in case) . .. ... .... ..... .... ... .. . If you talk to the old turtle (I don't remember if you have to be on a specific run), he'll tell you that BOSS monsters don't age until they have children, and then stop aging again if they lose them. (I think that's how that went...? My memory's bad, so you might wanna confirm this.) In any case, even if Sans isn't considered a BOSS monster ('cause he's only a boss on one route and then is confirmed to be 'the weakest monster' when checked during the battle), I think that even normal monsters naturally have a very long lifespan, outside the range of an average human's. I could be wrong, though. And in the case of Sans, maybe he just lives to a certain age without showing any signs of aging because he's just bones. Aging is seen primarily by the skin and loss of muscle mass. The most amount of PHYSICAL aging that I'd expect to see on a skeleton is loss of bone mass or warped bone structure, maybe a couple of cracked-looking bones if you're being dramatic, but I'm not sure because it's not like the game creators were focused on explaining the exact biology/physiology of all the monsters. *shrugs* Maybe skeletons just fade away. Ahem, in any case, I feel I got a little off track. Is this what you were asking? I'm not sure if I answered your question properly.

+Da Nerdy Pig Syl: Well, officially no one really knows anyone's age. Even Frisk. Everyone just assumes they're a child because Toriel calls Frisk "My Child" and Sans calling them "Kid" all the time but personally (This is my personal opinion) I don't see Frisk as a child but more as a teen. I'm 17 now and my mom still calls me Child. Even a friend of mine calls everyone that's their friend child as well. And I've had several people calling me kid as well. It just signafies that the one who is being called "kid" or "child" is younger than the one who said it. But with the immortality part, for me, as long as the younger one is old enough to date, like around 16 to me, I'm fine with it as long as the immortal one doesn't look like an old man. But with Sans, you don't really know his age since he never died before. Since he's a monster skeleton there's no way to know how old he looks like really. Sure you could judge by height but people still assume he's like 30+ even though he's short and close to Frisk's height. (Again, this is all just my opinion. Not fact/cannon.) Now I can't think anything more to say/type so I'm just gonna post this as it is now. I do enjoy discussing stuff with viewers so thank you for commenting. ^^
