Sifu Master Grand Master Liang is a Qigong and Gongfu Legendary Teacher. Check him out and train at his Clubs. You will not be disappointed. Derek is not a novice student either. Great demonstration of Push Hands. Master Liang is an expert in many Tai Chi Systems.

I never understood this push hand stuff. One second they are just being gentle the next they push each other. Are there rules or does someone cheap shot someone else when they are not expecting it?

Any footage of high level push hands with someone that is not a cooperating student? Is there any footage of a "real master" defending himself against a resisting opponent? The search goes on...
