Just to clarify. UGC certification is required only for universities. SCDL is an institute. Also, for conducting management programs AICTE is sufficient i believe. For MBA UGC approval is a mandate whereas for PGDM AICTE is a mandate.

SCDL is not University.It is just like any private computer Classe. It is not approved UGC hence, This course is not equivalent to ME / MTECH or MBA Degree. While taking admission They verbally says it is equivalent to MBA but doesnot provide equivalence certificate.
