Yes symmetra is so good if you know how to use her turret and tp, like get in and get out the team fight or stay on high ground and get out if the enemy comes to you. The turret can buy times or even defend the point alone, noticing any enemy behind and panic the enemy so good. One second the enemy turn back to destroy the turret makes them lost a lot of health already. Also the ult counter basically almost anything.
