My first cruiseship. Deck 10-554. I was here last 11-24-18 to 12-01-18. The biggest ship in the world. I enjoyed it so much. I loved the show “1977” London British. It was amazing. Went from Miami to St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Bahamas. Your video reminds me about my vacation. Hello from California here.

@@johnborg5245 A interior room will cost two people less than 2000 dollars which is what you'll spend or probably more if you go to lets say a Caribbean island like Aruba or something. If you can't afford a simple cruise than I doubt you have money to travel to other countries at all.

Going on this beautiful ship in exactly 11 days it’s so big and I’m really excited. I’ve cruised with royal before but only on smaller ships the biggest I’ve been on is Anthem and we got lost a few times so no doubt we will be lost on this one haha

Thanks for mentioning the second hand smoke in the casino. That’s a problem on most cruise ships, even when they try to have non-smoking sections. Maybe someday RCI will follow the lead of their sister line, Celebrity, and have no indoor smoking at all.

We may be going on this ship in 2020 in the Royal Loft Suite. Thank god the downstairs bedrooms can be changed into twins upon request (we arent so sure how we can convert, do we call and they set it up when near, or do we just ask for assistance when we board)

Amazing I hope to go on there one day. I just did allure which is the 3rd largest and it was fantastic. The only major differences are the water slides, the slides that leads to the boardwalk(those look so fun), of course there are more staterooms, and there is a teen club idk if he filmed it in this video but I don’t think he did. The teen club is always a disaster.

Alexandru Carjan I went too a conference/lecture at Southampton University with Royal Caribbean, and I quote “We add a few inches onto each Oasis class ship too ensure we keep the achievement ‘Worlds Largest Cruise Ship’.” Yeah I believe the weight does matter, but they mainly base it off the length, as well as tonnage 👍

We sailed on the sister ship Oasis last year and despite sailing with more passengers than any other ship we have been on it never felt crowded at all. Everyone is dispersed doing different things. I’ve been on ships with less passengers and they felt more crowded.

You see more people at the buffet restaurants but the bars and other restaurants are almost empty, maybe you have to pay for food, alcohol and drinks.

Marie Lou 3M Yes, the windjammer is complimentary, the formal dining is also free. Every other restaurants are not. The restaurants vary between $30+ per person (You walk in, pay, and can get as much food as you want)

Marie Lou 3M And yes, alcohol is not complimentary, unless you are getting some sort of deal that comes with complimentary wine. Also the amounts of people in each restaurants could be that it isn’t the normal dining hours. But the buffet (windjammer) is free, so people could come at irregular hours and get snacks.
