My sister has 2 baby boy and both time experience was totally different. She had vomiting in first boy and there was not at all vomiting in second one. Overall it depends on Harmon level and how your body responds to it. So basically no one can predict anything. If you are predicting boy...may be a baby girl is smiling inside you and vice versa...so chill✌️
