I disagree with only 60 years old above will have a singles. I also got a shingles i was just 30 years old. I was a breast feeding mom. Since i tried dieting bcoz im quite fat. i started dieting but this made my immune system weak. coz i was not eating breakfast and dinner. i wish somebody asked me not to do diet due to i was breast feeding coz the baby will get all your nutritions in your body.
