Is 8:06 a new Diana bug? The Q+E interaction has never worked that way for me. It would always remove the moonlight from even applying to new targets if you E'd to a target already hit by moonlight. But it looks like he was able to E multiple times with just one Q and it let him apply the moonlight to both champs. That's actually a huge bug.
