For me it's the opposite, I played Udyr vs full ad comp I had like 300 armor with Randuins, steelcaps, thornmail and sunfire, plus resolve runes and 4k HP, and the enemy Draven just two-shotted me just because he had lord dominik

This video shows verry accurately the situation on PBE right now: Every tank has 5k HP+ in 22 minutes Every match there is a Sett dealing 1000+ damage to the enemy backline after pressing R in any tank character in the enemy team at 20 minutes into the match (since now they can easily get 5kHP so early into the game) Each side has atleast 4 characters to abuse the actual state of healing in the PBE server (Aatrox, Sett, lee sin, gwen, swain, vladmir, lilia, and any other similar character) Anti healing reducing 10k healing 5 minutes after you buy it, but at the same time, you feel like nothing changed about enemy healing (nothing new until here), and this is even more noticeable if the enemy builds the new mythic Icathia's endurance (which they will probably have, since people are building this for every character, and it is working better than the usual options for a lot of them, for now) Every character is just abusing the healing items in the game, mainly the Icathia's endurance, which also makes you very very tanky at just one item. Last but not least, 5k+HP at 22 minutes, you know what is coming, right? Vayne, of course, and i can't even blame, at 3 items you usually sit around 5300HP 220 armor, which is very fun to play with, but not as much to play against.

Goliah (stacking hp) and Icathia endurance (resists + drain) are both Mythic item, you only choose one. In the Udyr vs Zac fight, Udyr have high resistance and use his W to drain, Zac have high hp and keep picking up his blobs to %hp heal. These 2 things give tanks some variety to not auto lose. If their enemy mostly have true dmg, go Goliah and keep trading to stack HP, it's only good after a lots tons of fighting & many items; If they mostly have %hp ap, go Icathia, instant spike, but fall off when enemies have stacking Pen & wounds(supposingly, I agree Rito love messing up at this, many kinds of heal need nerf)
