Sync dead

Good day to all. Once Sync hung, I have it monochrome, as I understand it, 1 gen. Ford Fiesta SE 2017 USA. Tried to turn off the battery for a day. I pulled out the fuses 10, 32, 33. The 10th even tried to replace it. Bluetooth Aux USB don't work, USB doesn't even have power. Disconnected the Sync module under the glove box (ge8t-14d212-ad). The low phonebattery icon lights up on the screen (supposedly a connected phone and the level of the missing mobile network. This has already happened before, but removing the clamp helped. Now only the radio works. The Media buttons (the Sync icon appears and the radio turns on again) and Phone do not respond.

Open and take out the glove box. Look for no.10 fuse (look at ur car manual to confirm it’s the correct fuse) and unplug it for 5-10 mins then plug it back in. That should fix your sync issues. It worked for me 👍

Why doesn't the Ford company react to this? Can all cars in almost every country have the same problem? With 1000's of people commenting on this and making a video why is no one from a ford official responding to this? I tried everything, even put in a new audio system and changed the guards, but there is no response. It is a great shame to even talk about it in the 21st century, that the company is facing similar issues, which is one plus in the car.

I solved it!!! Just go into interior fuse and quit the fuse 10 related to sync during 10 min (I went eating while staying patient) after I returned and began configuring it from the beginning!! Hope you can solve it

At this point may aswell replace ur APIM computer and upgread to sync 3, big screen new features, and best part is u can diy it to save a bunch, its worth the hastle.

I can hepl you guys , firs of all Turn off (pull out the plug ) the battery ( accumulator ) and then turn it on again . Ps : inside from car hood . Good luck . I hope i helped you . I did this and it works

My Expedition 2016 has same issue and i sent it to dealer in my erea. They checked it and said need new computer for SYNCH

My sync just makes a loud noise. I had to pull out the fuse to stop it. Is there any way to reset it or what do I need to do?

Ecosport 2015. F14 unplug/replug while engine is off for about a minute. Issue resolved.
