Thanks for the video, it helped me understand how SyncIQ works, but in my case I'm having difficulties and I believe it's due to the versions between the Isilon OS because the old one is on version 7x and the new one is on version 9x, is it incompatible? ? I'm getting an error return in the logs: No node on source cluster was able to connect to target cluster. Source node could not connect to target cluster.

When I try to run synciq job. I'm getting "Source node could not able to connect to target cluster". I'm using trial licence in both cluster. And I have disabled encryption in both cluster and able to ping from both cluster too. How can I resolve this issue?
