Yes we can push multiple messages in message queue without waiting for the response of the previous message but we still have dependency on the consumer as it is going to pick the messages one by one from the queue. So can’t we say still we are waiting for the response of the previous messages or the other rest of the messages in the queue. Only benefit is we can request more without concerning about the previous request. And in the mean time other consumers can also listen to the same topic and can work all together.

Is there any challenge if user data, product data and order data is in the same db, and we use monolith. Then res, resp will work fine or not. Just as in django

You can keep them in same db but the problem is that it is not scalable design. Also, it will not be fault tolerant system.
