'Synchronize' Button Grayed Out EASY FIX! | Premiere Pro 2024

That's legit the silliest thing. Adobe really needs to just have the tracks be able to sync without needing its own track. Thanks for the help on this. I recently had to start using adobe synchronize because Red Giant stopped support Plural Eyes (which worked a lot better, but was an extra plug in). Thanks for the help. 😅

I have no idea what was toggled in settings, but when neither of these options worked for me, I copied+pasted the timeline to a new sequence and synchronize came back for me.

Synchronize works, but "audio track channel", which is the one that i need, is greyed out. I tried everything. EDIT: solved it! It didn't work because it needed BOTH the audio track from the video AND the one i recorded with the external program (in my case, the .wav file from Audacity); since i deleted the original audio and left the latter version, and only later tried to sync, somehow it greyed out for this reason.

Thanks! My practice was that you just select one relevant audio or video track (not every track) and that's it.
