I stumbled on the shift+delete, and the CTRL+drag a few days ago. Huge helpers in editing with this software--glad you covered them here. Seems that should be the default behavior. Well done.

The best explanation (simplest} explanation of syncing multiple cameras in Premier that I have ever seen. Thank you very much.

I saw this a few months ago, and forgot how to do the "shift delete". I finally found this again, and am very happy!

Good stuff. Thank you. I just switched over to Apple, and I'm in the market for new editing software. iMovie is all right, but I'm used to an older Windows version of Ulead Video Studio. I've been leaning toward the Adobe software, which seems to offer a lot for the price, and your video convinced me to go for it.

Great video. You can also make a multicam monitor by doing picture in picture for each video track. The only trouble is if you change your mind about a cut, it is difficult to return to the original edit.

Hey there, If you hold Alt, you can select just the Audio track and then you can delete that and replace it with the new one. I'd just make sure that you sync it before you delete the original Audio track! Hope this helps,

excellent video! one question though. is it possible to move videos by less than a frame? In your example at 4:00 I noticed that video 2 is still later than video 1 even though the keyframes are synchronized. This slight delay may not be an issue in this specific example, but I'm trying sync a music performance and even slight delays are noticeable. Thank you.

What about a third video file, say like two views of an interview and additional footage but using the same audio from a different file? This probably doesn't make sense.

Just what I needed. Looked all through Adobes stuff and could not find any thing for elements. They want you to buy Pro, which I can't afford.

Excuse my ignorance but multicam is already present in other video editing softwares and it might be a strong reason to choose them over Premiere elements, right? If you shoot with multiple cameras, why would you go for Adobe Premiere Elements when it's easier with Pinnacle or PowerDirector? Or is this method easy enough to justify the lack of the feature? Thanks in advance.

Hey man, I just bought Adobe premier elements 15 as 10 isn't there anymore. I've used MAGIX for the dual cam video's on my channel before and the guy in the store assured me that 15 can do just what 10 could- and more. But I can't figure how to dual-cam on it... HELP!! (Otherwise I just wasted £75)
