Honestly I think you should give the Hawaii idea a miss. At least for now. Seeing lava and an active volcano sounds like a hell of an experience, but for everyone you pass there and possibly interact with are going through hell right now for things they cannot control. A lot were born there and their home is going through hell. To them you may seem like your just taking advantage of the terrible circumstance for an interesting experience. Miss it for now, travel to Cayman Islands, Ibiza or somewhere you haven’t been before, we will happily watch. Just out of respect please miss the Hawaii idea for now.

as an Adidas trainer collector, using crep protect and the sorts, these kind of products will protect your trainers from the elements mainly rain they are really good if you have say suede or nubuck as they get damaged and dirty when in contact with water however crep protect only works for a couple of weeks, I would buy liquiproof if you want to protect them from rain but in terms of the fibers thats just durability from wearing them

(I'm not a recordplayer guy but I know some things about music haha) Quick tip to Luke: the vibrations of your speakers can cause your record to vibrate and that's why you get that stuttering noise I think. Most dj's have weights on their records to counter the vibration, but I think putting your speakers on some kind of stand or something can also counter the vibration. Anybody with more knowledge about this stuff please correct me if I'm wrong.

Love the vlogs Tom and I also have some info on Hawaii if you are interested. There are still safe ways to see the lava but it is only if you are able to talk to the right people. I live in Hawaii and not to far from the lava flow I am actually able to see the glow of the lava from my home. The gases from the lava and the water are toxic but there are ways around it to see it. I also made a comment on your vlog yesterday with some information (Which I will leave at the bottom if interested) Everything mentioned in said comment is still serious but does not make it entirely impossible to see the lava. Again it all depends on if you speak to the right people who live in the area. If you need more information I would be happy to inform you. Comment from previous vlog: If you come to Hawaii there isn’t really much to see of Lava. I live less than 10 miles away and can see the glow. But as for going to go see the lava in general the air is very bad that most residents are going to the hospital as well as majority were required to evacuate. The area is only open to residents who need to check their homes and government officials. Even the residents who are far from the fissures and fumes are still suffering. Most of us aren't even able to get proper respirator masks to be able to breathe properly. Many people are sick and a lot of animals are dying. (Really truly sorry that I'm being negative about you coming here or at least I think I'm being negative) Just as a warning to you. But on the bright side there are a few ways to see it that also helps the victims. If you do choose to come to Hawaii (Big Island) I'd be happy to tell you any information that you may need. It would also mean a lot if you do come and were willing to help out even in the slightest way possible. Sorry I seem to be rambling but anyway I just wanted to inform you and also say that I'm a fan of yours. One last thing, although there is no way to get up close and personal with the lava there are safe ways to see it but there is a shortage of respirator masks so you would need to bring one of your own. So in all seriousness it is safe to see the lava but only if you talk to the right people.

One thing you may want to keep in mind about going to Hawaii is the fact the Halema'uma'u crater is throwing out a lot, and I do mean a LOT of stuff out there. Plus gotta bare in mind about the Sulfur Dioxide levels and whether or not some areas are off-limits as a result of the eruption. And the mentioned crater might end up having steam eruptions as it did back in 1924 (though I'm sure it's close to that stage) Keep safe mate.
